01 1. About These Terms
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern services provided by Victoria Dental Implants ("we," "us," "our"). By requesting an assessment, scheduling treatment, or receiving treatment from us, you ("patient," "you") agree to these Terms.
These Terms are updated periodically. The version in effect at the time of your treatment applies.
02 2. Treatment Provided
Victoria Dental Implants provides dental implant assessment, planning, surgical placement and restoration, together with related procedures such as bone grafting and extractions, for patients in Victoria and surrounding areas.
Descriptions, images and price ranges on this site are general information, not a treatment plan and not a quotation. Your written, itemised treatment plan is the governing document for your care.
03 3. Medical Information on This Site
Nothing on this site is a diagnosis or a substitute for professional assessment. Implant suitability depends on imaging, medical history and clinical examination, and general information cannot account for any of those.
If you are in pain, have swelling that is worsening, or have any concern following a procedure, contact us or seek urgent care rather than relying on information published here.
04 4. Assessments and Fees
Assessment fees and imaging fees are quoted before your appointment. Written treatment plans are valid for 30 days unless stated otherwise, and final figures are confirmed in that plan after examination and imaging.
Where additional treatment becomes necessary, for example grafting that only the scan reveals, it is quoted and approved by you before it proceeds.
05 5. Treatment Outcomes
Implant components carry the applicable manufacturer terms. Our clinical work is provided to accepted professional standards, and problems arising from it are addressed. No practice can promise a particular clinical outcome, because healing depends on factors including your medical condition, smoking, oral hygiene and attendance at reviews.
Continuing care requires that you attend recommended review appointments and maintain the cleaning routine you are given. Failure arising from untreated gum disease, smoking or missed reviews is treated on its own terms.
06 6. Appointments and Cancellation
Surgical appointments reserve substantial clinical time, so we ask for notice of cancellation as set out when you book. Laboratory work depends on external timescales, and we confirm dates before anything is ordered.
07 7. Limitation of Liability
Our liability is limited to the value of the treatment provided. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing in these Terms limits rights that cannot be limited under applicable law, including rights relating to clinical care.
