Sometimes, if it is recent and it is a three dimensional scan rather than a flat X-ray. Bring the file rather than a printout. If it is older than about a year or the site has changed since, a new one is usually needed.
A single implant typically means an assessment, a surgical visit, a review, an impression appointment and a fitting. Grafting, extractions or a full arch add to that. You get the count in writing before you commit.
The assessment fee is quoted when you book, and the scan is quoted separately if one is needed, so nothing on the day is a surprise. That fee buys a written plan you can take away and compare elsewhere.
